Founded by acclaimed vegan entrepreneur and food influencer Loui Blake, Vegan Dough Co was created to challenge perceptions of plant-based dining and prove that vegan food could be indulgent, exciting and accessible to everyone.
Launched in 2019, the concept set out to become one of the UK's first dedicated vegan pizza brands, combining great food, strong sustainability credentials and a community-driven approach. What began as a pop-up concept operating from a dark kitchen in London's Covent Garden quickly gained attention for its innovative take on plant-based comfort food.

The Brief
