Rising Flavours was conceived as a pioneering food hall dedicated to showcasing the depth and diversity of the GCC's evolving culinary scene. More than a dining destination it was designed as a platform for regional talent bringing together emerging food entrepreneurs established chefs artists and performers to celebrate the culture creativity and flavours of the region.
THE BRIEF
The brief was to create a destination that championed the GCC's food culture while offering an experience that extended far beyond dining. The space needed to support local culinary talent create opportunities for new businesses and provide a premium yet approachable environment that reflected the region's identity through food design and culture.

DEVELOPING THE CONCEPT
Designed across two floors Rising Flavours brought together a collection of rotating food concepts alongside an upscale restaurant a bar lounge and a mezze terrace. The changing mix of resident vendors ensured the experience remained fresh encouraging guests to return and discover something new with every visit.
The concept also embraced the wider creative community. Artwork by local artists was displayed throughout the venue while regular jalsat featuring traditional Khaleeji music created a lively cultural programme that celebrated the region's artistic talent as much as its cuisine.
DESIGN DRIVERS
The design was inspired by the warmth generosity and craftsmanship that define hospitality across the GCC. Contemporary interiors were layered with regional influences creating a destination that felt authentic without relying on convention. Flexibility was central to the concept allowing food operators and experiences to evolve over time while maintaining a cohesive identity that united every part of the venue.

OUTCOME
