His broader experience spans journalism, creative copywriting, agency-side marketing and hands-on leadership within consumer F&B brands, including specialty coffee concepts undergoing rapid growth. Across these roles, he has supported brand expansion through integrated marketing and sales strategy, audience development and structured commercial positioning, building a strong understanding of how hospitality brands scale sustainably.

At TGP International, Jim also contributes to client-facing projects through the development of marketing strategy for single-venue concepts, food halls and major international event platforms.
