Madeline is a Senior Brand Development Manager specialising in concept development and F&B strategy, with experience across design, branding, project management, market studies and master planning.

She has partnered with leading hospitality groups, independent operators andgovernment entities across Europe and the Middle East, delivering best-in-classoutcomes that drive repeat engagement.

In her current role, Madeline leads the Advisory team and oversees interior design,graphic design, branding, operational and project management programmes. Shehas guided projects ranging from boutique QSR concepts to large-scale food hallsand luxury dining destinations, as well as delivering F&B, retail and entertainmentstrategy for mixed-use and city-scale developments.
