Vinoth is a senior hospitality operator with over 15 years of experience across luxury hotels, high-end restaurants and large-scale hospitality environments in Europe and the GCC. His expertise spans operational strategy, pre-opening management, concept implementation and F&B master planning, with a strong focus on commercial performance and structured delivery.

He has held leadership roles with organisations including InterContinental Hotels Group, Kempinski, O2 London, Gaucho and Emirates, working closely with asset managers and advisory teams to optimise operational systems and revenue performance.

At TGP International, Vinoth has overseen complex programmes including Expo 2020 Dubai and regional activations, ensuring disciplined execution across multi-venue environments.

As Operations Director, Europe, he supports the management of international hospitality projects, aligning operational frameworks with brand positioning and financial objectives. Known for his structured leadership style and results-driven approach, Vinoth focuses on efficiency, team performance and scalable operational models across diverse hospitality platforms.
