Her experience spans food retail, dessert concepts, hotel F&B, food halls and lifestyle-led dining brands, supporting international expansion, market entry and large-scale campaign rollouts. She has led comprehensive marketing strategies for brands including Assembly x Harrods, Floozie Cookies, El Ta’koy, Pivot Bar & Bistro and Lily’s Café, overseeing brand positioning, audience strategy, activation planning and performance optimisation to ensure measurable commercial impact.
