As food and beverage continues to play a more central role in shaping cities, destinations and guest experiences, we’re excited to announce the expansion of TGP International into Asia with the opening of our Singapore office.
A Growing Role for F&B in Hospitality and Urban Development
Across both the Middle East and Asia, F&B has evolved into a key driver of placemaking, identity and value creation within mixed-use developments, hotels and destination-led projects.
This is increasingly intersecting with the growth of wellness, as hospitality environments move toward more holistic, lifestyle-led experiences that bring together dining, wellbeing and social connection.
From large-scale giga-developments in Saudi Arabia to rapidly evolving urban centres across Asia, curated dining, brand ecosystems and wellness-led experiences are playing a defining role in how destinations are designed and activated.
Why Singapore?
Our expansion into Singapore reflects both the pace of change across Asia and the growing demand for integrated hospitality thinking.
As a gateway to Asia Pacific, Singapore provides access to key growth markets including Malaysia, Indonesia and China, each offering distinct opportunities shaped by evolving consumer behaviours and large-scale development activity.
We are increasingly working with clients and partners operating across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. As these regions become more interconnected, there is a clear need for hospitality concepts that can translate across markets while remaining locally relevant.
Cities such as London, Dubai and Singapore are emerging as key hubs for hospitality innovation, brand growth and investment, with many leading F&B brands establishing flagship locations across these markets.
Supporting Growth Across Markets
The Singapore office will play a central role in supporting cross-border expansion, working in both directions:
- Supporting international brands entering Asian markets
- Supporting Asian brands expanding into Europe and the Middle East
- Advising developers and hotel groups on globally relevant F&B strategies
- Bringing insights from large-scale projects across regions into new markets
Experience Across Regions
Our work in Asia to date includes the delivery of the Saudi Arabian Pavilion’s F&B concept at Expo 2025 Osaka, alongside ongoing involvement in food hall developments and collaborations with leading Asian chefs and brands, including Janice Wong and Chef Rohit Ghai.
More broadly, our experience across Europe and the Middle East—including major giga-development projects in Saudi Arabia—continues to shape how we approach hospitality strategy, particularly in relation to placemaking, brand ecosystems and wellness integration.

Leadership in Asia
Vikram Natarajan, Managing Partner, TGP Asia |
Jimmy Chan, Head of Business Development, TGP Asia |
To lead our activities in the region, we’ve appointed Vikram Natarajan as Managing Partner, TGP Asia, supported by Chan Kin Wai, Head of Business Development.
“We’re seeing a significant shift in how hospitality brands are thinking about growth. F&B is no longer just about standalone concepts, but about building ecosystems that integrate dining, wellness and lifestyle into a broader experience.
At the same time, there is a clear increase in cross-border activity, with Asian brands looking outward and international operators seeking meaningful entry into this region. The opportunity lies in translating strong concepts across markets in a way that respects local context while maintaining brand integrity. That is where a more integrated, globally informed approach becomes critical.”
