Chef Luis Pous is an internationally experienced executive chef and culinary strategist with a distinguished career across luxury resorts, fine-dining restaurants, and global hospitality brands. He has held senior leadership roles at premier properties including Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, where he served as Executive Chef, as well as corporate and concept leadership positions with Timbers Resorts and Noble House Hotels & Resorts, overseeing multi-property culinary operations.
Chef Pous previously served as Executive Concept Chef for Asia de Cuba, leading menu development and brand expansion across international markets. His experience also includes roles at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami, Plaza Athénée, and early training in elite European kitchens such as Le Cinq in Paris.
