With over 15 years of experience across luxury retail, hospitality and construction, Nichola has built her career delivering major projects and concept-driven environments for global brands including Cartier, Dior, Mastercard and Heathrow Airport.
Her expertise spans concept creation, customer-centric design and end-to-end project delivery, including the re-launch of the Harrods Food Halls. She has collaborated with leading chefs and luxury maisons to develop bespoke dining concepts for brands such as Perrier-Jouët and Baccarat, translating brand heritage into immersive, experience-led hospitality environments.
Since joining TGP International in 2020, Nichola has led the Advisory and Design division, overseeing strategic advisory, concept development, interior design and project management programmes across the Middle East and Europe. As Partner, she guides multidisciplinary teams and works closely with stakeholders including PIF, Kingdom Holding, Al-Futtaim, Nakheel and Expo City Dubai, shaping commercially grounded hospitality and mixed-use environments from early positioning through to delivery.
