Over the past decade, he has focused extensively on the GCC, overseeing performance across multi-venue and multi-concept F&B environments and developing operational strategies that translate creative vision into commercially sustainable outcomes.
Ryan has worked with a diverse portfolio of innovative and globally recognised concepts including Soho House Group, Reform Social & Grill, Nakheel, Overjar, Habra, Expo 2020, Expo 2025, COP28 and Al Mamlaka. His expertise spans food hall operational strategy and management, the launch and optimisation of multi-concept F&B environments and performance leadership across both casual and premium segments. He has also contributed to the operational F&B experience design and delivery of major international event platforms, ensuring scale, efficiency and guest flow are seamlessly integrated.
