With over four decades in the global hospitality industry, Simon has built his career across key international markets including Paris, London, Beirut, Saudi Arabia, Sydney and the United States. His early experience includes senior leadership roles with InterContinental Hotels, Conran Restaurants and Ian Schrager Hotels, where he developed a deep understanding of how food and beverage drives positioning, guest experience and long-term asset value.
In 2002, he founded TGP International, establishing a global hospitality agency delivering integrated services spanning F&B strategy, concept development, interior design and operational management. Over the past two decades, Simon has led the strategic direction of complex hospitality and mixed-use developments throughout the Middle East and Europe, overseeing F&B masterplanning initiatives, hotel F&B strategy, destination development and large-scale international event programmes. His work also includes structured development programmes and gastrotourism initiatives designed to support long-term economic and cultural growth.
Through TGP, he has delivered projects for leading international hotel and luxury hospitality groups including Hilton International, InterContinental Hotels, Marriott International, St. Regis Hotels, Accor and The Dorchester Collection, while also shaping commercially driven hospitality environments across hotels, food halls, mixed-use districts and major event platforms.
Simon has received multiple industry awards recognising excellence in hospitality innovation, F&B concept creation and operational leadership, and continues to contribute to industry thought leadership and professional development initiatives.
