Simon has over 40 years of global hospitality experience across key markets including Saudi Arabia, Beirut, Dubai, London, Paris and Sydney, with senior roles at InterContinental Hotels, Conran Restaurants and Ian Schrager Hotels. 

He founded TGP International in 2002, leading the delivery of operational advisory, concept development and design services for major brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, Harrods, Selfridges, St. Regis and The Dorchester Collection. 

Under Simon’s leadership, TGP has supported hospitality and mixed-use developments across the Middle East, Europe and the US, earning multiple industry awards. As the overall F&B consultant for Expo 2020 Dubai, he oversaw more than 200 dining concepts. 

Active in Saudi Arabia since 2013, Simon continues to play a key role in shaping the Kingdom’s evolving hospitality landscape.
