Shane’s career spans more than 30 years in international hospitality, where he has led Food & Beverage strategy, hotel operations and concept development initiatives across Europe, Asia, Africa and the United Kingdom. Having held senior executive positions with global hotel groups, he has worked closely with owners, operators, developers and brand teams to align guest experience, commercial performance and long-term asset value across diverse hospitality portfolios.
Throughout his career, Shane has overseen the development and evolution of restaurants, bars, cafés and hotel dining concepts ranging from luxury and premium brands to large-scale midscale and economy portfolios. Most recently serving as Global Vice President of Food & Beverage at Accor, he has been responsible for shaping international F&B strategies, launching innovative hospitality concepts and driving performance across thousands of hotels.
